Shipping

Dispatch & delivery time

Every order is checked by hand before it leaves us. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Order on a working day before 17:00 and we aim to send your parcel the same day. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Netherlands: delivery normally 1–2 working days after dispatch
• Belgium & Germany: usually 10–15 working days
• Rest of the world: delivery time depends on the destination and is shown during checkout

Shipping costs

Free shipping within the Netherlands. A small number of heavily discounted items carry a shipping fee of €8,75 — this is always shown clearly on the product page and at checkout. For international orders the shipping cost is calculated and displayed during checkout, before you pay.

Carriers

We ship with PostNL and DHL. Please note that delivery times can vary because of factors outside our control, such as delays at the carrier or customs checks on international shipments. Any import duties or taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & exchanges

You can exchange your item within 3 days of receiving it. We do not offer refunds.

• The item and its packaging must be undamaged and in the same condition as you received it
• Email info@lmxboutique.nl to arrange your exchange
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer — always send your parcel with track & trace
• For items worth more than €500 we strongly recommend insured shipping
• Once we have received your item you will get a confirmation email and your new item will be sent out

Products & authenticity

All our items are new, sealed and unworn and come with their original packaging, dust bags, boxes and accessories where applicable.

Payment

You can pay safely with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted connection.
